Pre-CAS Simulator is an independent, unofficial practice tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected in any way to Enroly Ltd, the official CAS Shield platform, any UK university, the UK Home Office, or UKVI. No legal dispute exists or is anticipated between this service and any of those organisations. This tool is for practice purposes only.
Precas ("we", "our", or "us") operates Pre-CAS Simulator. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

3. Video Recordings
All webcam recordings made during interview practice sessions are stored entirely within your web browser using browser memory (Blob URLs). These recordings are never uploaded to our servers. They are automatically deleted when you close or refresh the browser tab.
4. Third-Party Services
- Supabase — Authentication and database hosting. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
- Razorpay — Payment processing. We do not store your card or bank details. See Razorpay Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Payment records are retained for 7 years for accounting and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

7. Cookies
We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.

This Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.
