This website (Pre-CAS Simulator) is an independent, unofficial mock interview practice tool built solely to help international students prepare for Pre-CAS video interviews. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to the official CAS Shield platform operated by Enroly Ltd, any UK university, the UK Home Office, or UKVI.
The phrase "CAS Shield" in the name of this simulator refers to the type of interview being practised — the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) compliance interview — and is used purely in a descriptive sense. We make no claim to any trademark, brand, or intellectual property belonging to Enroly Ltd or any other organisation. No legal dispute exists or is anticipated between this service and the official CAS Shield platform.
This tool is provided for practice and educational purposes only. Using this simulator does not constitute, replace, or guarantee success in the actual Pre-CAS interview administered by your university.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pre-CAS Simulator ("Service"), operated by Precas ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Pre-CAS Simulator is an independent online mock interview practice tool designed to help international students prepare for the Pre-CAS automated video interview required by UK universities. The Service is for educational and practice purposes only and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Enroly Ltd, any UK university, the UK Home Office, or UKVI.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
You must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@bigburry.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Access to the Service requires a subscription fee of ₹299 for 30 days.
- Each payment grants 30 days of access from the date of payment confirmation.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
- Each payment grants exactly 30 days of access. Access expires automatically after 30 days with no further charges.
- Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellation and Refunds

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the Service, including question banks, interface design, tips, and branding, is the exclusive property of Precas. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that practice on our platform guarantees success in the actual interview.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Precas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
